The university conducted an on-line employee engagement survey between December 5, 2022 and January 3, 2023. The survey was conducted by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance, risk management and consulting services organization.
On a six-point scale ranging from 1 being strongly disagree to 6 being strongly agree, overall engagement scores for the four divisions of The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences ranged from 4.35 to 4.56. Percent favorable, as shown in the tables and summaries, is the sum of points 4 through 6 — somewhat agree, agree and strongly agree.
